Using Kelyentha Check

Kelyentha Check is provided to help you evaluate suspicious links, messages, screenshots, and files. It is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee — a LOW RISK result means no significant warning signs were found by the checks performed, not that something is completely safe.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Kelyentha Check for automated bulk submission, for any illegal or abusive purpose, or to probe, disrupt, or attack the service.

No warranty — service provided as-is

Kelyentha Check is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nyrentha does not guarantee that the service will identify every scam, threat, malicious file, unsafe link, or other risk, or that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

User responsibility

Kelyentha Check provides information to support your decisions. You remain responsible for deciding whether to open, download, respond to, send, purchase, install, or otherwise act on any content you submit or review.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nyrentha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from or related to use of Kelyentha Check. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to the service and terms

Nyrentha may update Kelyentha Check or these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not otherwise resolved by agreement will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
